Yes. Although HeinOnline does not officially support the use of a proxy server nor endorse any specific manufacturer, many proxy servers will work well with the HeinOnline product. If your information technology staff is familiar with your proxy server’s configuration, it should work without a problem. Please let us know the IP address of any proxy server you are using, as indicated in your service agreement.
