Effective June 19th, 2018, HeinOnline will automatically redirect all port 80 (HTTP) traffic to port 443 (HTTPS). To ensure that HTTP links still work, this redirect will be in place for the foreseeable future. As a best practice, we do encourage our users and vendors to update all HTTP HeinOnline links to HTTPS. This includes URLs from link resolvers, catalog records, permalinks using the HTTP protocol, and links embedded on websites.
Users can update links any time prior to June 19th, 2018 as https has been supported for over a decade. URL structures to collections/titles/articles will remain the same.
