Where can I find help for using HeinOnline?
We offer various resources for using HeinOnline, from User Guides and video tutorials to live help with a HeinOnline representative. HeinOnline’s Knowledge Base is the primary resource for all of HeinOnline’s training materials. Additionally, we have our own Blog and a Live Chat service available for you.
The HeinOnline Blog is a great resource for searching tips, general shortcuts and how-to’s, HeinOnline news, information about enhancements, content releases, and HeinOnline’s Tip of the Week. The best way to stay up to date with the latest enhancements and changes to the interface are by reading the Blog. Subscribe to the Blog in a feed reader, via email, or post a link to it on your website.
Live Chat & Contact Information
Our HeinOnline Support Team is also available via a Live Chat feature found inside HeinOnline. Look for the Live Chat icon from the Help option on the upper right side of any screen in HeinOnline:
Access the Live Chat option from the green tab on the right side of the page.
This option is available from 8:30-6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday. If our representatives are unavailable, the icon will prompt you to send us a message via email.

You can also send us feedback by using the feedback link, located from the Help option in the upper right hand corner of the screen from anywhere inside HeinOnline. Just fill out the form and hit submit and your submission will be routed directly to our support team.
