If you wish to find commentary on EU Directive, 2001/29/EC on the harmonization of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society, you would conduct a keyword search in the Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals (IFLP). So from the IFLP Metadata search option, search for copyright and “information society” across the Keyword fields as shown in the picture below.
A keyword search in IFLP will search across all the fields that are indexed for each record. The search fields within IFLP include Author, Author Title, Journal Title, Publication Year, Country of Publication, Subject/Country Heading, Language of article or review, Book Title, Reviewer, ISSN, and ISBN.
