Search by Document Type in the Internal Revenue Acts of the United States

All documents have a document type assigned to them including but not limited to: bill in its various forms, slip law, reports, miscellany, hearings, treasury regulations, and amendments. The document types are exactly as they appear in the index volume for the Internal Revenue Acts of the United States.

Within the Taxation & Economic Reform in America Parts I & II database, click on Internal Revenue Acts of the United States. Select Document Type from the drop down menu and enter the document type exactly as it would appear in the collection. Then hit search.

Example: Narrow a search to just the “slip law” document type.
