To search for a bill number in the U.S. Congressional Documents database, you can use the Advanced Search option at the top of the main page. From here, enter a bill number as “H.R. ####” into the search box; always include punctuation.
Example: “H.R. 1350”
You can also search using the Just search for option that appears when you type in the main search bar at the top of the page. For this type of searching, you would type “H.R. 1350” and hit the search button.
