Customize Your Institution’s Popular Databases
HeinOnline now allows institutional administrators to customize the Popular Databases section on their welcome page via MyHein. This enhancement lets libraries highlight the databases most relevant to their users, rather than displaying a one-size-fits-all list of platform-wide popular content.
Enhancements:
Modified the display order on the search results page so VMTP (View Matching Text Pages) appears before AI Summaries.
Updated PDF downloads to exclude the AI Summary.
Implemented updates to serial citations across the Cite and PinCite pages to comply with the 18th edition of The Chicago Manual of Style.
Implemented updates to serial citations across the Cite and PinCite pages to comply with the 22nd edition of The Bluebook.
Bug Fixes
Addressed a bug causing the one-box search menu to fail to display when invoking the + syntax.
Updated the U.S. Congressional Serial Set “H” icon to display correctly by changing it from blue to red, increasing its size, and adding descriptive hover text.

Enhancements:
Popular Databases on the welcome page now display in the order selected by institutional administrators rather than alphabetically.
Adjusted the “Search the Databases” section on the welcome page to make it more prominent and clearly indicate that it is used specifically for database searching, helping users locate databases more easily.
Added case citations back into Author Profile pages.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed an issue preventing users from searching by alternative (former) titles in the Law Journal Library advanced search.
Reinstated the Federal Register Cite Nav in the Federal Register Library, allowing users to enter a volume and page number.
Addressed a MyHein issue that prevented users from deleting saved search query folders.
Adjusted the print version of Author Profile pages so they display properly when printed.
Fixed an issue where filtering was not working for certain catalog search results.

Enhancements:
Implemented additional Bluebook citation updates in the Cite box, including corrected author formatting, removal of month/season for consecutively paginated journals, and alignment of the citation download page with the updated citation display shown in HeinOnline.
Added DOI information to EndNote exports.
Bug Fixes:
Adjusted Scholarly Impact Rankings so the full header remains sticky while scrolling, including the ranking/name and metrics columns.
Corrected a catalog search issue where using the date field caused the results page to lose the Sort By and filter options.
Addressed a catalog search issue where toggling infinite scroll removed the features displayed beneath the results.
Fixed an issue where cases bookmarked in MyHein were not showing as greyed out in HeinOnline.
