Users can search by a foreign language in Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals by using the language facet to refine results.
When searching in languages with diacritical marks, you can or cannot use them. For example, you can search for Kartellrecht in the keyword field.
Then you can use the language facet to narrow your search to just German articles, for example.
