Locating the Most-Cited Article in a Journal
Start by heading to the Law Journal Library. You can browse for the journal using the A–Z index.

Or, jump straight there using HeinOnline’s catalog search for a faster route.

Once you’re on the journal’s page, use the dedicated search bar at the top and type an asterisk (*
). This simple trick tells HeinOnline to search across all metadata in that journal, giving you a full view of its contents.

From the results page, select “Number of Times Cited by Articles” from the sort options. This brings the most-cited article right to the top of your list.

You’ll also see ScholarCheck badges and citation metrics displayed next to each result, making it easy to spot influential scholarship at a glance.
