HeinOnline can only grant permission to use the images available in the database; copyright permission cannot be granted by HeinOnline and should be obtained from the copyright holder when applicable.
Generally, there is not a problem using HeinOnline images if both the quantity of material and and the audience with which the material is used is limited. For example, one or two law review articles posted on a password-protected website for conference attendees would not be a problem, provided copyright permission was obtained from the copyright holder.
