Unsubscribing from IFLP Alert Notifications

IFLP Alerts is an essential awareness tool for legal scholars, providing tailored alerts delivered via email as a personalized supplement to the monthly IFLP issue. However, you may find that you wish to unsubscribe from IFLP Alert notifications.

To do so, access the IFLP Alert portal from within your MyHein account or from anywhere in HeinOnline.

1. Access from MyHein Account:

From within your MyHein account, select the menu option labeled IFLP Alert Portal.

2. Access from HeinOnline

From anywhere in HeinOnline, navigate to the MyHein drop-down menu and select Manage IFLP Alert Notifications.

Either method will direct you to your own IFLP Alert Profile portal—the same form where you originally entered the topics, subjects, or journals that you wished to be notified about in the monthly IFLP Alert notification.

To unsubscribe, select the drop-down under Subscription Status and choose “Unsubscribe” from the options. Select the “Update” button underneath to finalize your choice.

Should you decide to resubscribe to IFLP Alerts, the IFLP Alert Portal and your previous selections will remain visible in your MyHein account. You will simply need to return to the tab, change the drop-down back  to “Keep Subscription Active,” and select the “Update” button once more.
