Searching for Foreign Law in IFLP
If you are searching for articles about a specific topic from a foreign country, IFLP can help you find those articles. For example, if you want to find articles about company law in China, you can do a keyword search in IFLP to generate a list of material.
From the IFLP Metadata search option, select Keywords (All fields) from the drop down and insert “company law” into the search box. Use the Boolean operator AND to add a second keyword, China.
We could locate more articles by searching for “limited liability companies” and China.
This gives us seventeen results. If we look at the facets to the left of our results, we’ll find that of these records, fourteen of them are in Chinese.
