Search by Case Name in the U.S. Supreme Court Library


To search by a case name in the U.S. Supreme Court Library, you can use the Advanced Search option at the top of the main page.

Example:”Hazelwood School District et al. v. Kuhlmeier et al.”

From here, you would use the drop-down option for Case Name and enter the case. Then click the Search button.

 

You can also search a case name using the Full Text tab at the top of the main page. For this type of searching you would type title:”Hazelwood School District et al. v. Kuhlmeier et al.” and then click search.
