Do you offer live training?

Yes, we can provide live training for you or for a group of people. We provide live training using a web conferencing software platform. If you would like training for a group of people, we can accommodate up to 25 different participants using the software platform. To request a live training session, you may click this link to access the Training Request Form or  send an email to marketing@wshein.com. In your request, please include a primary contact name, email and phone number for the session, the number of participants, as well as what you would like to cover in the training session. For example, we can focus on a specific library, such as U.S. Congressional Documents or the Law Journal Library, or we can focus on a specific function such as searching. If you would like a “Getting Started” session, we can cover the basics from logging in, to navigating the site and to viewing content. We will tailor the training session to meet your needs.

Where can I find help for using HeinOnline?

We offer various resources for using HeinOnline, from User Guides, FAQs,  video tutorials, and live help with a HeinOnline representative. HeinOnline Help & Support is the primary resource for all of HeinOnline's training materials. Additionally, we have our own Blog and a Live Chat service available for you.

HeinOnline Blog
The HeinOnline Blog is a great resource for searching tips, general shortcuts and how-to's, HeinOnline news, information about enhancements, content releases, and HeinOnline's Tip of the Week. The best way to stay up to date with the latest enhancements and changes to the interface are by reading the Blog. Subscribe to the Blog in a feed reader, via email, or post a link to it on your website.
